The USS Boise Committee is a group of volunteers representing the City of Boise. The committee was originally established in support of the original commissioning of the boat, and will continue to exist until the final decommissioning.
Goals

Inform the people of the City of Boise about the USS Boise, and its past, present, and future role in protecting our nation.

Promote, facilitate, and improve the relationship between the people and businesses of the City of Boise and the crew of the USS Boise.

Provide financial support for needs of the crew of the USS Boise not provided by the US Navy due to budget or other constraints.
